Return Policy:

Return your item for any reason!
Excludes Non-U.S. orders.
Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

1 Contact us via contact form and make your return request within 20 days of delivery.
2 Pack and ship the item back (please provide insured package with tracking number).
3 .Get Smart Shop Jewelry full refund if the item was returned in its original condition including all packing materials.

Restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied If the item returned is not in its original condition or packaging!

Our shippers have been heavily impacted by the lock-downs due to COVID, and now increased shipping volumes. Their delays are expected to result in longer than normal shipping times for all buyers as well as delays in the order tracking.

We have made changes to our shipping options and would like to make you aware of when you need to order to ensure your gifts arrive by when you need them.

In addition to longer delivery times, the shipping vendors have waived guaranteed overnight, 1 day, and 2-day delivery as well as signature requirements.

What this means to you is that you need to ensure a safe location for your delivery and that you should not expect overnight shipping. Be sure to order in advance.
